What will happen with the information that was gathered approximately four years ago during the planning of a new correctional facility?

The information and the advice that the Council of Yukon First Nation Regional Elders Working Group provided to the Department of Justice was included in the Corrections Consultation. That information and advice will not be lost. The Corrections Consultation added to and built on the knowledge that the Elders shared with government about four years ago.
